The meeting, Deputy Secretary-General Lee will present the development of standards for a detailed explanation background. Each participants discussed the standard word for word, after this meeting, to redefine the scope of this standard. After the meeting, the Secretariat in accordance with the standard drafters modified the meeting of the expert's opinion, a "draft" to solicit the views of the whole industry, and on June 1, 2015 will be held to review the present standard.

The scope of the revised standard again included expanded requirements of the relevant technical indicators also improved, making a good after this standard not only remain in the development of industry norms, more importantly, in guiding development of the industry will play a vital role.
